What We Sell

Kaze View Media LLC sells one product: the Japan Coastal Drives Map, a downloadable PDF file. The map covers five coastal driving routes in Japan with detailed driving times, toll costs, ferry connections, harbor locations, onsen towns, and personal notes from our contributors on where to stop for food, gas, and rest breaks. The map is delivered as a digital download immediately after purchase. We do not sell physical products. We do not offer subscriptions.

Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, here's how refunds work:

30+ days since purchase: Full refund, no questions asked. If it's been more than 30 days since you bought the map and you want your money back, we'll refund you in full. Email us at crew@kaze-view.com with your order number (from your purchase confirmation email) and we'll process the refund within 5 business days.

14-29 days since purchase: 50% refund. If it's been between 14 and 29 days, we'll refund half the purchase price. Again, email us with your order number. The refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Under 14 days: No refund. If it's been less than 14 days since your purchase, we do not offer refunds. This is because the product is a digital download that you've already received and can retain copies of. We believe this is fair — you've had the product for less than two weeks, and a digital product cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.

Delivery failure: If you completed your purchase but did not receive the download link due to a technical issue on our end, you are entitled to an automatic full refund. Email us with your order number and we'll either fix the delivery issue or refund you, whichever you prefer.

How to Request a Refund

Email crew@kaze-view.com with the following information:

• Your order number (from your purchase confirmation email)
• The email address you used for the purchase
• The reason for the refund request

We process refund requests in the order they are received. Most refunds are processed within 5 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method (credit card or debit card) used for the purchase. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

Since we only sell one product, we do not offer exchanges. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, your options are to keep the map or request a refund under the terms above.

Fraudulent Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your credit card company instead of following the refund process described above, we reserve the right to contest the chargeback and provide evidence that the purchase was legitimate. We also reserve the right to ban purchasers who initiate fraudulent chargebacks from future purchases. If you have a problem with your purchase, talk to us first. We're reasonable people.

Subscription Policy

We do not offer subscriptions. The Japan Coastal Drives Map is a one-time purchase. You will not be charged recurring fees. We do not store your payment information. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this refund policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase is the policy that applies to your purchase.
